Shaping the next generation of leaders...

The all-Kenyan faculty for the Clay International Secondary School is devoted to helping each student reach his or her potential.

"..our kind, hard working and knowledgeable teachers... have always been at our beck and call to [help] us prosper."

Housing is provided to all teachers whose dedication often entails additional commitments from sunrise to sundown, whether supervising sport sessions or regional competitions, monitoring study halls, overseeing local debate competitions, Scout troops and other extracurricular activities.

They are available for extra academic help or counseling each day, including Saturdays when school is in partial session. They further guide and encourage students emotionally, psychologically, intellectually, and in practical strategic ways both during their time at CISS and after graduation. During term holidays there is always one faculty member on campus for any students who seek assistance.
